The candidate will have the responsibility to promote the company reality and carry out all the installation, repair, validation, calibration and preventive maintenance of the instrumentation at the offices of the client companies.
Responsabilities:
Visit customers, including universities and laboratories, to carry out the customer's instrument support service;
Working with the sales network to promote services and provide technical support;
Collaborate with area representatives to maintain and develop service accounts;
Work independently and in team with the rest of the staff to achieve the annual objectives of the Service;
Respond promptly and professionally to customer requests;
Disassemble, clean, inspect, repair and mount the equipment;
Responsibility for diagnosing problems and determining the necessary repairs;
Occasional assistance from the sales network, with management of the Demos at client companies;
Follow all company procedures regarding instrument maintenance, calibration and all other aspects of software management and safety procedures.
Requirements:
Diploma or Degree in Electronics and related subjects;
Experience in the repair of chemical or related laboratory equipment;
Fluent knowledge of spoken English is required, good knowledge of written English;
Good Standing;
Excellent use of the PC;
Preferable previous experience in the laboratory
